Can we use both at once?
Yes, but the roles stay separate. During an active Select or Reserve plan, the profile is taken out of what other members are shown. Tell your relationship manager about conversations already under way so the same family is not approached twice.
What does each route actually check?
On Evara, every profile is verified before it goes live and a person approves every photo. Neither route proves income, education or family standing on its own, so check a profile yourself before you meet.
Who carries the awkward conversations?
On an app, your family does. With a matchmaker, the relationship manager speaks to the other family, passes on a no kindly, and follows up after a meeting.
What happens to our privacy?
On membership, your profile is seen by verified members only, never the public. On Select and Reserve it is hidden from members while the plan runs. Who sees what.
When is an app the better choice?
Choose Membership when you want matches presented around your preferences and you want to manage approaches and conversations yourself. Choose Select or Reserve when you want a relationship manager to shortlist and speak to the other side. Neither route promises a match or an outcome date.

Does a matchmaker decide for us?
No. A matchmaker shortlists and introduces. Your family decides whom to meet, and you can decline any introduction without giving a reason.
What if no match is found?
Outcomes depend on mutual choice. Evara payments are final and non-refundable, including if no match is found. Read the Payment Terms before you pay.
