It sits above Select and Reserve, a Senior Relationship Manager handles each family personally, and introductions are made one family at a time. It is not a larger pool or a faster route, and no outcome is promised.
How confidential is Luxe?
Luxe is handled by a person rather than through the member platform. Luxe introductions are arranged privately, in person, and nothing about your family is published. Your enquiry reaches the Evara team in the same way every enquiry does, and from there a Senior Relationship Manager handles it personally.
How is a family invited to Luxe?
Through a conversation first. A family writes to us privately, through the form on this page or on WhatsApp, and a Senior Relationship Manager speaks with the family before anything else happens. If Luxe is the right way to help, an invitation follows and its terms are discussed privately, in person. If Select or Reserve would serve the family better, we say so.
How is Luxe different from Select and Reserve?
On Select, a dedicated relationship manager works with your family, and on Reserve, a senior relationship manager carries the search. A family can begin either directly. Luxe sits above Reserve for families whose search has to stay out of view: it is by invitation, nothing about the family is published, and a Senior Relationship Manager arranges each introduction personally, one family at a time.
