Refunds
All payments to Evara Matrimony are final and non-refundable. Membership and service fees, once paid, are not refundable in whole or in part, including for unused periods, voluntary cancellation, or if you do not find a match. The only exceptions are duplicate charges, failed transactions where money was deducted but access was not granted, or amounts charged in error, which we will verify and refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of confirmation. To report such a charge, email connect@evaramatrimony.com with your transaction details. This policy is in addition to your rights under applicable law.
Grievance Officer
In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may raise any concern about your personal data or our services with our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge every grievance within 24 hours and resolve it within 7 working days.
