Payment Terms

If no match is found

Evara does not guarantee an outcome, and payments are final.

The full answer

If no match is found, there is no refund and nothing further to pay.

  • Payments are non-refundable in whole or in part, including for unused periods, voluntary cancellation, and the case where you do not find a match.
  • The only exceptions are a duplicate charge, a failed transaction where money left your account but access was not granted, and an amount charged in error. Those are verified and refunded to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of confirmation.
  • On Select the fee is paid in advance for its term, so if no match is found there is nothing further to pay. On Reserve the registration is not refunded. The second part is due only at a Roka with a family Evara introduced, so if there is no Roka it is not due.
  • No page on this site promises a match, a timeframe or a number of introductions.

Refunds

All payments to Evara Matrimony are final and non-refundable. Membership and service fees, once paid, are not refundable in whole or in part, including for unused periods, voluntary cancellation, or if you do not find a match. The only exceptions are duplicate charges, failed transactions where money was deducted but access was not granted, or amounts charged in error, which we will verify and refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of confirmation. To report such a charge, email connect@evaramatrimony.com with your transaction details. This policy is in addition to your rights under applicable law.

Select and Reserve

Select

Select costs ₹51,000 for 6 months, ₹75,000 for 12 months, or ₹1,00,000 until you are married. You pay the full price in advance, when you join. The until-married plan has no time limit and ends when you are married.

Select fees are not refundable, in whole or in part, including any unused time. The only exceptions are the ones listed under Refunds above.

Reserve

Reserve costs ₹2,51,000 in total, paid in two parts. You choose one of two options:

  • Option A, 12 months: ₹1,11,000 to register and ₹1,40,000 at the Roka.
  • Option B, until marriage: ₹1,51,000 to register and ₹1,00,000 at the Roka, with no time limit.

The registration fee is not refundable. The second part is due only at a Roka with a family Evara introduced to you. If there is no such Roka, the second part is not due.

If the 12 months end with no Roka

If you chose option A and the 12 months end with no Roka, your family chooses one of two things. You can close the plan, with nothing more due; the registration fee is not refunded. Or you can move to option B by paying the difference of ₹40,000, and your plan continues until you are married, with no time limit.

GST and invoices

All our prices are inclusive of GST. You pay nothing extra for tax. We issue a GST invoice for every payment you make.

If you joined before 25 September 2026

If your family bought Select or Reserve before 25 September 2026, you keep the terms you bought. We honour every existing order as it was placed, including a Reserve booking order that was already started.

For reference, those earlier terms were: Select at ₹34,999 for 6 months or ₹59,999 for 12 months; and Reserve with a ₹1,15,000 registration (a ₹11,500 booking and a ₹1,03,500 balance) and a ₹1,49,000 success fee payable on a confirmed match, ₹2,64,000 in all. These figures apply only to those earlier orders.

In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may raise any concern about your personal data or our services with our Grievance Officer.
