The Evara Story
It began in 2012 in a Delhi family home, on one conviction: choosing a life partner deserves more care than any mass-market site offers. We called it Imperial Weddings, and word of mouth grew it into Delhi's trusted premium matchmaking practice.
During those years we partnered with The Times of India to host Times Swayamvar, their invitation matchmaking events.
In 2024, Imperial Weddings became Evara Matrimony: the same bespoke heart, now with modern systems and trained Relationship Managers. Every Select, Reserve and Luxe enquiry is taken by a Senior Relationship Manager. After you join, your search is led by a Senior Relationship Manager on Reserve and Luxe, by our Relationship Manager team on Select, and on membership matches are chosen for you, every profile reviewed by our team.

Evara is operated by IW Services and Matrimonial Pvt. Ltd., the same legal entity behind Imperial Weddings. The practice is older than the company: it has run since 2012, under the Imperial Weddings name.
