Are profiles verified before an introduction?
Every profile is verified before it goes live, and its photos are approved by a person. The selfie check is required to appear; it confirms the person matches their own approved photos and is not proof of identity. ID, video and income checks are optional. Education and employment are not verified, so confirm what matters to your family before you decide. How profiles are checked sets out what each check establishes.
Do you work with business families?
Yes. Business families often need what a dropdown cannot hold: how the family business runs, whether the couple will live in a joint household, and where the family expects to settle. What is premium matchmaking at Evara?

How long does it take to find a match?
Nobody can honestly promise a date, so Evara promises no match, no timeframe and no number of introductions. What you can plan around is the term you choose: Select runs for 6 months, 12 months or until you are married, and Reserve for 12 months or until marriage.
What happens after we agree to meet a family?
Contact details are shared only when both families agree. Your relationship manager approaches the other family, agrees a time and stays reachable before and after you meet.
Is the fee refundable if the search ends without a match?
No. Payments are final, including where a search ends without a match. The only exceptions are a duplicate charge, a failed transaction where money left your account but access was not granted, and an amount charged in error, which are refunded to the original payment method. Who can see our profile?
While your Select or Reserve plan is active, your profile is not shown to other members on Evara, and no profile on Evara is shown to the public or to search engines. Contact details are shared only when both families agree.
Can an NRI family use personalised matchmaking?
