# Evara Matrimony > Evara Matrimony is an Indian matchmaking service, operated by IW Services and Matrimonial Pvt. Ltd. and formerly trading as Imperial Weddings. A matchmaking practice since 2012, with 50,000+ clients served and 14+ years of matchmaking heritage. Joining Evara is free, and it stays free. Membership is ₹999 a month against the standard ₹2,999, or ₹29,999 once for life. A member receives a small set of matches chosen for them each day, every profile is checked by a person before it appears, and nobody is assigned to the family. A dedicated matchmaker is what the Select and Reserve concierge tiers buy, and those are priced and sold separately. You have an allowance for the introductions you start each day, and from 28 September 2026 a monthly limit applies as well. You may begin with a ₹11,500 booking (10%), and the remaining ₹1,03,500 is handled personally by the Evara team. The balance falls due when your relationship manager is assigned and your profile is created in our personalised database. The ₹1,49,000 success fee is payable only on a confirmed match. The success fee is due when both families confirm the match, in writing or by word. In practice it is usually by word. It is separate from the registration, and it is never set off against it.
